2D and 3D Inspection & Monitoring Systems
The Observant INSPECT 3D and MONITOR Systems have been developed to provide high quality precision imaging.
The INSPECT 3D surface reconstruction system is a non-contact surface inspection system that provides operators with ultra- high-quality precision imaging using the latest best-of-breed GigE or USB 3.1 machine vision sensors, providing the best possible quality at the highest possible frame rates. The MONITOR overview & supervisory system has been specifically developed for use within working and automation environments and ensures that operators can now view real time imaging transmitted live from within a workspace to a local screen, or their desktop, laptop or mobile device, facilitating supervisory overview of live processes, and post-process review. Both of these Systems are based on Observant’s robust imaging platform, APERTURE, which allows complete flexibility of viewing, with the ability to control every aspect of the image acquisition process. Understanding is enhanced by 2D & 3D analytics, image processing and colourisation, independent of camera imaging acquisition and archival. |
